Dr. Turki Khan is the Founder & CEO of Cene Coffee and Kon Arabia companies, and one of the region’s most recognized voices in personal development, relationships, leadership, and community building.
Through more than 12,000 coaching and consulting hours, thousands of client journeys, over 14 transformational retreats, and the development of one of the region’s leading coach certification programs accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), he has helped individuals, families, leaders, and organizations create meaningful and lasting change.
His work brings together coaching, behavioral science, family systems, emotional wellbeing, and human development, with a mission to help people build more conscious lives, stronger relationships, and thriving communities.

Alongside my work as Director of Patient Experience, I have spent more than a decade working closely with women from different walks of life - supporting them through healing, self-discovery, personal growth and transformational change.
Through my journey, I became deeply passionate about creating experiences that go beyond surface-level interactions and encourage real human connection, reflection and authenticity.
For me, Cene is not simply a cafe project. It is an extension of a bigger vision - a space designed to bring people together through conversation, creativity, mindfulness and community.
I believe that sometimes a quiet corner, a meaningful conversation, or a cup of coffee shared in the right environment can become the beginning of profound change in someone's life.

For more than two decades, my work has lived at the intersection of public health, human behavior and community wellbeing, from leading Abu Dhabi's COVID-19 home isolation/quarantine programs to designing national frameworks for healthy aging.
And through all of it, one question kept returning to me: why do we struggle to connect, and to hold onto our wellbeing even when we know better? The answer, I've come to understand, was never information. It's safety. It's belonging. It's having one space where the nervous system can stop bracing and finally settle.
Cene is that space. Not built as another place to gather, but as an environment designed to regulate, where people feel calm in their bodies, seen as they are, and genuinely connected to one another.
